You may use Evnola’s Services only if you:

Use Evnola’s name or logo without written permission.

4. User Content

Some Services may allow you to submit text, data, or other materials (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant Evnola a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process and use that content for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.

You retain ownership of your data. We do not sell or publicly disclose your inputs or results, except as required by law.

5. AI-Generated Content

Evnola’s applications may generate AI-based outputs based on user input. You understand that:

AI-generated content may not always be accurate or complete.

You are responsible for reviewing and using outputs appropriately.

Evnola is not liable for any decisions made based on generated content.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy which forms part of these Terms. By using our Services, you consent to our data collection and use practices as described there.

7. Payment and Subscriptions

If you purchase premium or enterprise Services:

Fees and billing terms will be provided at checkout.

Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous access but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Evnola may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services for maintenance or improvement at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Evnola shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the Service within the previous 12 months.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Evnola, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

Evnola may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Services. You may stop using our Services at any time. Sections related to Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification will survive termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Republic of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last updated” date indicates the latest version. Material changes will be communicated via our website or email notification.
